Galerie Dark The Galerie is a Belgian dark chocolate praline filled with lashings of lightly sea-salted caramel ganache. Our salted caramel is crafted traditionally in copper vats and enhanced with a touch of French sea salt from Guérande. The name of this praline pays homage to Brussels' prestigious Galerie de la Reine shopping arcade, where Jean Neuhaus first set up shop, and where our flagship store still resides today.
Coeur Praliné MilkCrafted with care, this melt-in-the-mouth milk chocolate heart is the perfect way to treat someone special to you. Filled with a praliné of California almonds, hazelnuts from the Black Sea coast and the finest Belgian milk chocolate.
Albert Dark The Albert chocolate is filled with a praliné made of hazelnuts. As a nod to Queen Paola's Italian heritage, this chocolate also hides a whole caramelized hazelnut from Piedmont in its center – an exquisite and delicious surprise.
Cornet Doré: A graceful golden cone filled with delicious gianduja, a famous Italian blend of hazelnuts and chocolate with a smooth, velvety texture, making the praline melt in your mouth.
Passion Amandes White- A blissful combination of sweet white chocolate and subtly salted almonds from California. These specially selected almonds are grilled to bring out their full flavor, then caramelized and lightly salted with fleur de sel de Guérande. Our Maîtres Chocolatiers use these to craft a delicate crunchy praliné filling that lends the passion amande its wonderfully full and rounded flavor.
