WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
We are making every effort to process orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest level of care and attention to safety. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak there may be delays to shipments during this time. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email including your FedEx tracking number.
MAY I PICK UP MY ORDER?
We are happy to provide pick up at the hotel. Beginning June 9th the Gift Shop Hours will be 9am to 6pm with extended hours of 8pm on Friday and Saturday evenings. We do require pick ups to be scheduled by phone. Kindly note we are operating with limited staff and there may be delays in response time and we truly appreciate your patience. While we are continually expanding our online offerings, we do carry additional items that might not be added to our site at the moment. IS SALES TAX CHARGED ON MY ORDER?
If you are a resident of North Carolina, the appropriate state and county taxes will be charged to your order. If you live outside of the state of North Carolina, there will not be sales tax charged.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed and confirmed by us, you will receive a confirmation email including your FedEx tracking number.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Bedding, skincare products, food, and sale items are not available for return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for applicable items within 14 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be in new and perfect condition and include all packaging and tags.
I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, CAN I STILL PLACE AN ORDER?

HOW DO I LAUNDER MY SIGNATURE FEATHER PILLOW?
Laundering Instructions: Machine wash with a cool or warm water setting using a mild detergent (do not use chlorine bleach). Dry on a low temperature until fully dried, high heat during washing or drying is bad for the product.
